I made this blanket for my friend's new baby girl. My youngest has a special blankie with satin binding like this one and it has been loved to bits. I hope this one is loved too! It was my first time sewing with minkee or with satin binding and I was nervous about having the sewing on the binding look nice. I think it turned out great. I pinned like crazy and machine sewed the binding edges, the hand stitched the corners on place.
